There are 21,649,608 registered voters in Uganda and only 7,946,772 (36.7%) of Ugandans voted President Yoweri Kaguta Tibihaburwa Museveni in the 2026 Presidential Elections. This means that 13,702,836 (63.3%) Ugandans that were eligible to vote either didn’t vote for Yoweri Kaguta Tibihaburwa Museveni or failed to vote due to lack of confidence in the election or barriers to voting imposed by the government of Yoweri Kaguta Tibihaburwa Museveni.

This percentage doesn’t consider 10,279,608 voters that didn’t vote due barriers to participation in voting or disinterest. If only those that voted are considered rather than the total number of eligible voters then the president got the support of the majority of the voters.
It doesn’t matter that 63.3% of Ugandans eligible to vote either didn’t vote or voted for the opposition. The law is that because 7,946,772 (36.7%) out of 21,649,608 eligible voters voted for the winner, you who voted for the opposition and the 10m plus Ugandans (63.3%) who failed to vote whether due to your own negligence or barriers out of your control DON’T MATTER.. or ARE USELESS. Those that voted for the President are the only ones that the law gives a voice.
